TT2: Mad Mad and Beast Boy

Moddie is an old, Anglophilic schoolteacher with a magical cane. He first shows up in 1x10, where he traps the Titans in a school of illusions to teach them lessons. Later, in 3x07, he cancels Independence Day celebrations, hypnotises the entire town, takes Robin's youth and turns Jump City into a stylized version of jolly old England.

Beast Boy fills the role of Plucky Comic Relief in the Teen Titans. His antics often get him into trouble with the other Titans. Despite his short stature, he is actually the Titan that relies most on his brute strength in combat, as he can morph instantly into any animal. Oh and he has epic boots.

I think it's settled, if I ever become a supervillain, (hey, it could happen!), I'm gonna wear a tuxedo all the time. Because even bad people still need to look damn good.
